Commercial Leasing

Our leasing experience includes representing landlords and tenants on both the national and local levels. We have represented clients in office, industrial, manufacturing, retail and ground leases. As leasing counsel, we assist clients with long term real estate strategies in an effort to quickly and efficiently protect the interest of each client. Leasing transactions in which we have been involved include facilities ranging from a thousand square feet of space to hundreds of thousands of square feet of space. Not only are we involved in initial lease negotiations, but also other leasing transactions such as subleases, assignments, renewals, amendments, and terminations.

Construction/Development

Our firm has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate development. We represent developers, landowners, investors, and users in the development and construction of office buildings, retail and mixed-use developments, distribution centers, industrial plants, warehouses, and residential developments. We work with our clients through all phases of development, including initial planning, site acquisition, public permitting, agency approvals, construction, and final use.

Financing

Alexander Law offers sophisticated experience in representing foreign and domestic lenders and borrowers in credit arrangements and secured financing transactions for all types of real estate. We assist clients with construction financing, permanent loans, conduit loans, mezzanine financing, workouts, restructurings and foreclosures.
