How much will my case cost?

The amount of attorney’s fees is directly related to the amount of time expended to move your case forward. Hourly rates for attorneys vary between attorney, between clients, and between court and office time. Time expended on your case will include client communications, court time (where applicable), drafting correspondence, conducting investigation into assets and income (referred to generally as doing discovery), and negotiating with the opposing party.
